This is a prophetic word coming from the sure word of God. It's amazing that God after talking about the prophecies He concludes with a 'good warfare'. It is one thing to receive a prophecy and it is another thing to get a prophecy fulfilled.
A prophet's disappointment is when the people he prophesies to will not get to fruition even though the prophet may prophecy to as many people as he chooses.
Before getting anything in life there must be a fight. Remember Israel took 40 years to the land of milk and honey prophesied by Moses. However there was a shorter route through which God could not let them use knowing pretty well that Israel would not withstand the many wars in the shortest route.
God knew very well that Israel would flee back to the land of bondage if they were to encounter battles. Every person is ready to receive a word from God but not everyone is ready to fight for their prophecy. Get ready to fight for your prophecy. God is not going to heal you just because you heard Him say so. NO.
Are you ready to fight for that prophecy? God is not going to bless you just because you heard Him say so. NO. Are you ready to fight for that prophecy?
As you are charged up to fight for your prophecy don't forget that when you receive a word of prophecy, the enemy will want to introduce something contrary. I urge you to jump up to declare and defend your prophecy!
1 Timothy 1:18 This charge I commit unto thee, son Timothy, according to the prophecies which went before thee, that thou by them mightest war a good warfare.
